"She Stoops To Conquer" has been cancelled for August.
After an exhausting audition process, ASCIA (and director John Anderson) has been unable to cast this period piece. There is a chance it will be mounted in October.

Open Cast Calls for She Stoops to Conquer by Oliver Goldsmith
A Small Company In America (ASCIA) is holding open cast calls for their August 2010 production of She Stoops to Conquer by Oliver Goldsmith, directed by John F. Anderson. This production will be presented in ASCIA’s home in the New York Institute of Technology’s Old Westbury Campus. The theater is located in Salten Hall. This is also where auditions are being held. Easily accessible, the campus is on Northern Blvd. (East of Glen Cove Road and West of Route 107). For directions, please visit the NYIT website.
Doubt opened last weekend, and here is what Penelope Grover (Producer and Founder) has to say about it:
This production is really wonderful. The cast is ON POINT! The directing is subtle. The play itself is thought-provoking and inspiring. We need an audience. Please share this with everyone you know. The actors deserve respect; as does the playwright.
